FAQ
1. What criteria are used to select the winning entries?
We're taking submissions for either video or photos, and we're judging these separately. Entries will be evaluated based on visual impact, creativity, and technical skills, all with a bonus if you've used an Insta360 camera!
2. What are Highlight Awards?
As the submissions roll in, we want to give runner-up prizes to entries that impress. We'll have Insta360 Ace Pro 2 Arctic White Limited Edition Bundles up for grabs. Keep an eye on social media (and your inbox!) to see if your submission earns a prize.
3. What are the content submission rules?
Participants must ensure that their entries are original and do not use uncopyrighted materials or infringe on the rights of third parties. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. If any entry involves false information or infringement, the participant will be disqualified and held responsible.
4. What happens to my content after I submit it?
Once you submit your work, you grant Insta360 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, editing, modifying, publishing, and displaying your work, as well as recreating, copying, editing, modifying, publishing, and displaying derivative works for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
5. Who is responsible for copyright?
The individual or organization that uploads the entry bears all copyright responsibilities for the work. The organizer is not liable for any legal disputes related to copyright, trademarks, portrait rights, reputation rights, or privacy rights. The legal liability rests entirely on the contestant.
6. What do I need to do if I win?
If you win, you'll need to provide some basic personal information and payment details to claim your prize. If you don't submit this information or complete the necessary procedures within 90 days, you'll automatically forfeit your prize.
7. What kind of content is prohibited?
The work must not contain any pornographic or violent content, or any material that violates local laws and regulations.
8. How can I contact Insta360 with questions?

9. Can I submit edited content?
You’re welcome to submit fully edited pieces, including color-graded, cut, or composited work. Please make sure to keep your original footage or project files on hand, as our team may request them if we need to verify authenticity or confirm it matches our submission guidelines.
10. Is there a limit to how many times I can submit?
There’s no submission limit. Feel free to enter as many pieces as you like and share any work you’re proud of.
11. Who can participate in this competition?
The Vision Awards are open to creators worldwide. No matter where you live or what device you shoot with, you’re welcome to join.
